Alex Zein focuses on the earliest and most creative phase of design—where ideas are still fluid and direction has yet to be defined. Through conceptual design, spatial thinking and early-stage visualization, he shapes those ideas into something clear enough to see and strong enough to move forward. With experience across architecture, interiors and stage design, his work uses layout, material and form to turn possibility into direction.

Vince Kiel founded UB Design Studio on the belief that strong ideas deserve room to develop. As CEO, he provides the vision and strategic foundation for a studio built around creative exploration, early-stage thinking and possibility. Having launched more than 30 companies with a portfolio approaching $1 billion, Vince understands how to recognize the potential in an idea and create the conditions for it to become real.
